Walking / Hiking / Rambling - there are many footpaths and recognised walks in and around Grassington, head off in a different direction each day. Short and easy to long and difficult, there are treks and routes for all ages and ability.

Climbing - Kilnsey Cragg is a few minutes away, and a popular climbing location. 

Cycling - many quiet lanes in and around Grassington and surrounding areas makes this an ideal base for a leisurely cycling break. We have a place to store bikes. 

Caving - the Yorkshire Dales has excellent caving for experienced cavers, and a number of caves now open to the public.

Relaxing - no better place to while away the time than in and around Grassington. A quiet time by the river with the morning paper or perhaps painting the view.

History - the area is steeped in history, just waiting to be explored.
