in a Romany style sauce, topped with Wensleydale, served with fresh crusty bread.

The Devonshire chicken liver & brandy pate
warm toast, salad garnish, cranberry and port jelly.

Twenty eight day matured topside of beef
served pink with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus.

Chicken breast
stuffed with Wensleydale and apricot, mustard grain sauce, mash potato and seasonal vegetables.

Crab crusted salmon steak
steamed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a prawn & dill sauce.

Caramelized red onion & pear tart
glazed with stilton, mesclun salad and a warm potato salad.
