With its roaring open log fires, aged oak panelling, nooks and crannies, varied tables and a grand assortment of comfy chairs, The Devonshire Hotel lends itself to eating, drinking, lolling around, reading and generally relaxing.

The bar is a great place to experience true Yorkshire cask ales, wines from around the world and fine food, cooked in a traditional manner with flair and a twist.

The Beers

We always have a good selection of beers from Tetley, Moorhouses, Black Sheep and Copper Dragon.

Tetley cask is a big hit with the locals who have all been brought up on it.  Grassington was a big Tetley area with every pub serving it.

We also serve selected beers from Moorhouse's in Burnley, brewers since 1885. We serve: Pendle Witch @ 5.1% which is one of their best beers, Blond Witch and Pride of Pendle. For more about Moorhouse's see out detailed Moorhouse's page.

We now serve beers from two Yorkshire breweries: Black Sheep in Masham and beers from the Copper Dragon Brewery just down the road in Skipton.

You will fine a good selection of wine from aroudn the world at our bar.
